Fix Auto Calgary Deerfoot

I had repairs done at FIXAUTO Deerfoot. It was a ICBC insurance claim. They were able to make the claim to ICBC on my behalf and gave me my car back fully repaired. About a week later I noticed my sensor for my Blindspot was always on and beeping annoyingly, they were able to take my car back in and have the sensors re-calibrated. Once I received my car back, it was detailed inside and out. I really appreciate that they took the time to make it perfect for me. Excellent customer service at this location.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Just like many below, had the worst car repair experience. Needed an insurance claim front bumper & windshield replacement. Started this end of March/23. On first visit there was a customer yelling at a young male that he was lied to, I also experienced this. After bumber repair I had a windshield fluid leak from one jet in the bumper area and after windshield replacement my auto wipers did not work. Was told by the same young male that was getting yelled at that they replaced the gel pads on my windshield twice and that they didn't cause the auto wiper issue otherwise they would own up to it, that it must be an electrical issue and that they are not familiar with BMW technology to find out a week later that my car model doesn't even have gel pads. The technician that replaced my windshield said that he was not told about my auto wiper issue and knew right away what to look for and fixed it wihout furter problems. I had so many appointments that I can't even count. On several occasions after leaving my car there for a whole day appointment repair work the jobs were not done by the end of the day at all and had to rebook appointments. I would have 2 jobs booked and because the windshield could not get done that day due to technician being sick they didn't perform windshield fluid leak repair either and didn't call me to let me know. I was without a car all day without reason. When my windshield was finally replaced they damaged my interior panel with glue that they had to replace. Waited for this about 8 weeks as part had to be ordered from Germany. Then I found a 2 to 3 inch scratch in the black area of that side of windshield from the inside under panel and windshield had to be replaced again. There were many more appointment issues during this process. It took 5 months to complete the repairs!

Spare yourself a future headache, they did my car couple years ago drivers side door and now there’s a rust on the spot repaired. I went in for them to checked if it is covered by the warranty but they said it is not covered cause the (inside)the one not expose is not rusted. They are not wondering for the whole car that is the only spot rusted?

*BEWARE* I share the experience of many below. My vehicle has now been at the location for over a week for just a bumper repair. Everyday they find *new damage* and continue to extend the repair time. If you are having your vehicle fixed through insurance DO NOT go here. I'm sure they will leave both the email and phone number for the customer service in the comments here...I've tried both with no answer or response. Embarrassing business *update* After over a week they told me to come in at 1130 to pick my vehicle up. It’s now 130 and they are telling me the delivery van with a part needed “broke down”. What a joke this business is. Take your auto repair needs ANYWHERE else and you’ll have a better experience.

I took my car here based on an insurance referral for hail damage. Stefanie was absolutely amazing but I have had a sub par experience since I picked up my vehicle. I had detailed my vehicle before I dropped it off and when I got it back - dusty footprints everywhere, paint on the seats, a waxy coating on all the windows and my display screen. I contacted their customer service and they refuse to get back to me. It has now been a month without a resolution. Weeks to respond to emails is completely unacceptable. I’m very very disappointed in the service I have received from Fix Auto.
